Meadowsweet

Widespread in European, Asian or American temperate areas and in our countries.

Its blossom heads are rich in salicylic acids well known to ease pain and to lower fever : that is why its Latin name is Spiraea.

Meadowsweet has the same analgesic properties than aspirin, that is the reason why it is also called vegetal aspirin.

Its blossom heads are rich in flavonoids which give to Meadowsweet powerful anti inflammatory virtues and allow it to be used to fight rheumatoid arthritis.

Meadowsweet is also a good diuretic used in slimming cures to help renal elimination of water and to reduce painful oedemas.

Presentation : 100 capsules of 235 mg.

Using advice : 4 to 6 capsules a day before meals with a glass of water.
