Fucus vesiculosus

Also called "varech vesiculosus", "marine oak", or "sea lettuce", fucus vesiculosus is a brown alga coming from sea side, abundant on European marine coasts.

Fucus vesiculosus is particularly rich in mineral salts, oligo elements, vitamins, and iodine.

It allows a general stimulation of the body. It is an interesting anti-tiredness ally.

Fucus vesiculosus contents also mucilages (non-soluble components), which swells in contact of water.
So, it is traditionally used to facilitate weight losing thanks to its "stop feeling hunger" effects.

Presentation : 100 capsules of 325 mg.

Using advice : 2 to 3 capsules a day a quarter of hour before meals with a glass of water.
