Evening primrose oil

Evening Primrose comes from north America where it is harvested for its seeds.

Its oil is obtained from seeds by first cold pressure.

This oil is particularly rich in linoleic (72%) and gamma linoleic (10%) acids.
Women traditionally use evening primrose oil to reduce the unpleasant signs of their monthly cycle.

Evening primrose oil is also used when cycles are irregular and during menopause.

Its presentation in oily capsules allows to have the best possible conservation of the active principles and an optimum efficiency.

Presentation : box of 100 capsules of 700 mg.

Using advice : 1 to 2 capsules of evening primrose oil, dosed at 700 mg, in the morning, at lunch time and in the evening, with a glass of water during meals during the second half of your cycle period.
